I graduated as a Registered Nurse in 1988 in Perth, WA. I have worked in surgical, medical, critical care, community and primary care settings.
I commenced learning energetic health care delivery in Kalgoorlie in the late 1990s starting with Reiki. We then moved to Bunbury, WA in the early 2000s when I learned more Reiki and also commenced my Kinesiology practitioner journey.
In 2010, I was able to further my Kinesiology knowledge taking my qualification through to Advanced Diploma in Kinesiology – completing those studies in 2014.
I left nursing in June of 2020 and have focused my work in Kinesiology. I am no longer registered with AHPRA since May 2022.
I am a wife to a school teaching chef extraordinaire, mother to three adult kids (2 sons and a daughter) who are all pursuing their own paths of excellence.
I am extremely happy that an organisation like PHA has been started up in the South West as the concept has been my dream for many years – of providing good quality health care for all regardless of their financial position.
I am a Reiki Master/Teacher and an Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/tapping) Practitioner based in Gelorup, WA. I am passionate about giving people access to tools that they can use anytime to help them relax and thrive.
It is my belief that our bodies can function more beneficially and heal if we allow them to.
The techniques that I use enable the body to spend time in the rest and digest phase and assist in regulating the nervous system.
I sought Reiki in 2018 to help with my anxiety. I found that it really helped and so learned how to use it on myself; meaning I could access it anytime. I am now a Reiki Master/Teacher in the Usui System of Natural Healing. Although I love giving people Reiki, I get really excited about teaching people to use it on themselves – giving them access to this beautiful modality anytime – a tool for life.
I completed my EFT level 1 & 2 training in 2021. EFT can be used for: limiting beliefs, stress, PTSD, food cravings, relationships, grief and much more.
When I am not working in my business, I am a homeschooling mum to two teenagers (I need a lot of EFT for that! 😉), an avid book reader, a student and volunteer.

I have been Professionally practicing Well-Being therapies for over 20 years now, Training & Initiating many Students & Masters in Reiki and Psychic Development etc. in Australia & NZ which has lead me to America and Las Vegas to Stage Hypnosis and Stress Management for corporate in 2007, training with some of the greatest Hypnotists from around the world. I have since combined some of their techniques with my own, to formulate the protocol ‘HypnoSynergy,’ Hypnosis to help facilitate positive change for Confidence, Freedom, Balance, Empowerment and Well-Being in many of her clients.
